This vertical village is a space of conviviality that welcomes the formation of social ties and bonds that bind neighbours.

Staircases are used not only to connect dwellings but also to bring people together; forming a space for people to socialize.

The design goal is to have various versatile spaces which reflect different lifestyle needs. The building could be extended vertically.

In this way, social bonds would grow over time.
