Accurate income, capital appreciation and total return data from direct and indirect property investments is invaluable to investors with differing risk/return portfolio goals. Due to data complications, international research remains inconclusive on both the comparability, and the variables which explain property investment return types. Specifically created data for property investment returns enables further empirical review of these issues, and subsequently, greater transparency for investors.
